ขั้นตอน การทดสอบน้ำหนักเครน
(Procedures Tested-Load of Crane)
1. The tested-crane at 100% of Safe working load (SWL)
·
Speed test
-
Lift counterweight capacity 100% of SWL
Hoist Speed
-
Set up the leveling staff perpendicular with
floor, lift counterweight up to 20 cm and start hoist speed test by lifting
counterweight up to 30 cm, before reckon time all distances 50 cm and then
stop.
Trolley Speed
-
Measure distance the floor 50 cm, lift
counterweight up to 20 cm, start the trolley speed by running of counterweight
to 30 cm before reckon time all distance 50 cm and then stop.
End carriage Speed
-
Measure distance the floor 50 cm, lift
counterweight up to 20 cm, start the End carriage speed by running of
counterweight to 30 cm before reckon time all distance 50 cm and then stop.
·
Current test
Counterweight
-
Use ammeter to measure the current of hoist
motor, at hoist lifting up and down.
-
Use ammeter to measure the current of trolley
motor, at hoist moving in cross travel.
-
Use ammeter to measure the current of end
carriage, at hoist moving in long travel.
No counterweight
-
Use ammeter to measure the current of hoist
motor, athoist lifting up and down.
-
Use ammeter to measure the current of trolley
motor, at hoist moving in cross travel.
-
Use ammeter to measure the current of end
carriage, at hoist moving in long travel.
·
Voltage test
-
Use voltmeter for measurement electromotive
force three phases.
·
Maximum girder deflection test
-
Shoot laser in perpendicular with floor at the
center of Girder for finding the height before hanging counterweight.
-
Hang counterweight up 30cm from floor.
-
Shoot laser in perpendicular with floor at the
center of Girder for finding the height after hanging counterweight.
-
Calculate the height before hanging minus the
height after hanging, get the maximum of girder deflection.(Girder deflection =
span/1000)
-
Maximum girder deflection less than designed
deflection.
2. The tested-crane at
110% of Safe working load (SWL)
·
Overload cut off test
-
Lift counterweight capacity 110% of SWL
-
Set up overload balance with 110% of SWL.
3. The tested-crane at 125% of Safe working load (SWL)
·
Static test
-
Lift counterweight capacity 125% of SWL up from
floor by lifting counterweight (reckon time 10 minutes)
-
Measure distance of counterweight from floor
before and after stopwatch (reckon time 10 minutes)
-
Compare the result.
4. The limit switch test
·
Hoist limit switch
-
Press the remote control crane up to the highest
hook and cut off from hoist at least 30 cm.
-
Press the remote control crane down to the
lowest hook and cut off form floor at least 10 cm and has sling length in box
only two cycles.
·
Trolley limit switch
-
Press the remote control crane move to left and
limit switch has to cut off.
-
Press the remote control crane move to right and
limit switch has to cut off.
·
End carriage limit switch
-
Press the remote control crane move forward and
limit switch has to cut of
-
Press the remote control crane move backward and
limit switch has to cut of
